A family of geese with chicks tied up noon traffic in Gorst today. As they walked down the middle of the highway traffic backed up into Bremerton. Police came to the rescue and escorted the geese to the side of the road.

i think they wanted to get to the side with the barrier... they should have tossed the chicks over and mom and dad would follow... no other reason they are out there but to get to the water... hope they dont try and cross again...
