Man pulled over by Federal Way Police

Police in Federal Way pulled over a man in a BMW and drew their guns on him. They had to tell him to get out of the car at least 3 times before he complied. This picture was taken at 2:04pm on the corner of 356th & 1st Ave. S. Federal Way. I'm not sure what the man was pulled over for but when I came to the light there were only 4 policemen. Within 2-3 minutes another 5-6 police arrived.
