Daily visitor trying to get our attention

Gutsy Goldfinch and foiled feline

For more than a week now our cat Sweeney and this American Goldfinch I've named Tom (short for Peeping Tom) have been meeting at one window or another at our house. Tom will appear at a window and tap on it with his beak until Sweeney hears him and joins him at the window. This "play" goes on periodically throughout the day. At some point Sweeney tires of it and walks away. Sometimes they're interacting for five minutes or more. After they have had their fun together I close the shades so Tom doesn't wear out his beak! If I don't do that, this would go on all day! Perhaps you can salvage enough of my amateur video to be of use. (MY 181MB VIDEO WOULDN'T UPLOAD SO I'M JUST SENDING THREE PHOTOS) If not that's OK. I will send photos also.

Thanks for sharing. It helps me today. God has given even little birds a personality.
