A double Rainbow formed over Tacoma on Wednesday, July 13. I looked out onto our deck and thought that it sure would make a great picture if a C-17 were to land at McChord AFB. In less than 5 minutes, I heard the familiar sound of a C-17 on approach and grabbed the camera!
