My name is Theresa Allender. I live in Rainier Beach (zipcode 98118). On July 22nd, my house was burglarized and we caught him on video casing our house. I am very interested in having this video posted on your news channel so that we can catch him. This area is a high crime rate area and we need to catch those who are responsible. I'm offering a reward for information leading to his arrest. The video is posted in this email. Would you be willing to help and post this in your news and tell anyone with any information to call the local police station with any helpful info?
