Little 20" tall Elsie May donning her new Caped flying cow vest, leaped into the skies of Seattle and grabbed her toy that was 7 feet high in a dock dogs competition at Seattle Center. The bumper is 7 feet high off the dock and 8 feet out over the pool. She is definitely a very amazing little super dog! She is the smallest dog to ever accomplish this feat.
