This accident was on highway 308 about a mile from Keyport. The person driving was not injured and was coherent. This picture was taken approximately. at 0915 on the 28th of Dec. 2007. A Cintas vehicle was at location first and gave assistance by providing clothing to keep warm until the State patrol arrived.
