Rollover in Poulsbo - 5 patients

Multiple patients in single car roll-over collision

(Poulsbo, North Kitsap) Poulsbo Fire Department, North Kitsap Fire and Rescue, Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue, Navy Region Northwest, and the Kitsap County Sherriff’s Office responded to a single car collision on Clear Creek Road south of Sherman Hill this evening at 10:00 pm. The small Nissan four door sedan was carrying 5 young adults. When firefighters arrived on scene, they found one 19 year old male ejected from the vehicle and unconscious. He was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center’s trauma unit, in critical condition. When crews approached the car, they found two males trapped under the vehicle. One of them, an 18 year old male was extricated and taken to Tacoma General in critical condition. The other 19 year old male was extricated and taken to Harrison Hospital in Bremerton with serious injuries. The driver, an 18 year old male, and a 18 year old female passenger were also taken to Harrison Hospital in Bremerton with minor injuries.

The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident and will release more information when next-of-kin has been notified.
