My sister, Tiffany, is two years younger than me but much older in everything that she does. Recently, Tiffany, graduated with honors from PLU with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art and as one of the top students in her class. She travels almost everyday from Buckley, WA to Issaquah, WA (about 1 hour drive each way) to work at Aaron Brothers, just because she likes the job. Graduate school is on her mind, so she can start her career designing video games, but money is a concern, so she waits until she can save up enough. As far as I can remember, Tiffany has always had a gift for art and drawing. She went from drawing anime to painting canvases that most people in their lifetime couldn't dream of painting. Tiffany doesn't like being like other people. Nice, normal paintings are not her forte. She likes making people squirm and feel uncomfortable and see their reactions to her artwork. Tiffany prefers to be outside of the box and be herself, regardless of what other people think of her. I think that with a $5000 scholarship, Tiffany can put to use her brillant art skills, continue to be herself and start on her path towards graduate school.
