ServiceMaster of Tacoma tries to get involved with the community every holiday season. We have made it one of our traditions to partner with insurance agencies and property management offices in Pierce, King, Kitsap, Thurston, and Mason counties to collect new, unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots organization. Toys for Tots distributes toys to needy children within our community. ServiceMaster of Tacoma matches the number of toys that we collect to make the donation make a larger impact. We have collected over 500 toys so far and still have some shopping to do today! We have collected the toys from all 5 counties and have organized and stored them at our headquarters here in Tacoma. We will be taking one of our large, commercial vehicles down to the Toys for Tots wharehouse for distribution tomorrow morning, the 14th. We know that this year, the organization has struggled to meet its goals and we are excited to help. We think its important to bring attention to organizations like the Toys for Tots who make such an impact on families in our community during the holiday season!
