Julie Delgado, Mother of triplets is the Founder of Disability Advocates for Cystic Fibrosis. This was a foundation she started when she was married to Marc Raysbrook who has CF. Her goal is to help as many people as she could who are having problems with their disability claims. She helps them free of charge sometimes spending money out of her own pocket while fighting to get them money that they deserve. She has helped many people over the 7 years I have known her. She is very deserving of this money.

I've known Julie through the CF community since 2004, and had seen how much she's contributed to the CF community. I've even heard success stories of her solving other people's dillemas via DAFCF and before it. Its a good NPO, and for a good cause.

Julie puts other needs before her own, with her children, friends and family, and even families she barley knows. When someone is in need she is there to help and never expects anything in return. With this money she could help more families in need.
