Yesterday about 300 people came in the pouring rain to support Cedar Valley Elementary in Covington, Wa. The Kent school district is analyzing two schools for possible closure and has named Cedar Valley Elementary as the top of its list. The school board will decide on February 22,2012 whether to continue to move forward with the closure process.
