Backcountry snowshoeing on Mt Rainier

It was a beautiful day snowshoeing the backcountry outside of Paradise on Mt Rainier. For the most part it was comfortly warm with periodic breezes to cool us down. There was an unbelievable scenery of towering snowdrifts, rime ice encased trees, and a panorama of snow capped peaks, including Mt Adams, Mt St Helens, the Goat Rocks, and the Tatoosh Range.
