It started as a trip to Boundary Bay Park just north of Point Roberts to see the Snowy's. I've never seen them in the wild. They were there right along Dyke Trail but it was the eagles that capture the attention. Hundreds of juvenile and mature Bald Eagles. Lots of others as well - swans, many species of duck, harriers, blue herons,............. Well worth the trip and the day. All free except for lunch. Border crossing at Blaine was only 15 minutes coming back to US.
