We moved in on Leap Day, 1992. No kidding. We still love it but it has a few issues. The 1968 split-level entrance is teeny. My husband partially tore out the hall bathroom three years ago. The deck is rotting and getting hazardous. Please, can you help? Greatfully, Rhonda
