My daughter & her husband bought an 800SF house 3 years ago for their family of 4. Surprise! Add beautiful twin girls and the 60's built house is now a tight fit for 6. Roof leaks, floors creak, appliances are dying. They need HELP!

Autistic Teenager w/o his own room. Home daycare that shares teens space. Unfinished basement intended for son. 4 years of "Do it ourselves as we can afford it" So much time lost for self-help teaching. What a blessing to give him his own room!
