If this contest is based on whether or not a person is sincerely helping their community, then Kimmy & Homeless Backpacks should win. This video shows a small piece of a story of a kind and thoughtful person helping those less fortunate.

I hope Kimmy wins this competition. I saw a homeless person downtown today (how do you really know?) and thought immediately of Kimmy and the impact of what she is doing NOW would have on this person. And think of all the other great ideas she has!

Don't want to seem repetitive but can't help but be compelled by Kimmy's energy. All the videos are good. But there is something Sue K. her school librarian said about Kimmy's Fairness, Responsiblity, Respect, Empathy and Dignity. That's who she is.

I was the librarian at Kimmy's elementary school. Even then she exhibited all the principles of our school code.. Fairness, Responsiblity, Respect, Empathy and Dignity. Way to go Kimmy!
