My wife is pregnant with our second child and we are in desperate need of a playroom. We would like to remodel a 20x20 (or a bit more) garage space and convert this into a great bonus room with 3/4 bath. I will have to part with my junk but it is time. This would be a gift for my wife who would love a separate place to play with the kids and be able to keep their toys outside of our main living room.
