10. SMALL, 9. Old stove, 8. NO counter/cabinet space, 7. Falling cabinets, 6. No dishwasher, 5. Collapsed sink cabinet, 4. Garbage disposal doesn't work, 3. Power goes out while cooking, 2. Smells like a sewer, 1. On our moms things to do list before she passed with cancer.

Our mom really needs this because the sink pipes are leaking.Everything looks rusty and the walls are sticky.The cabinets are chipped too.Our lil brother likes 2 b there with her, but can't.Pls help our mom and our baby brother. She would be happy!
