Too much tile!

We bought this house 2 years ago, but can't to do anything with the kitchen since everything is covered in old white & lt.blue tile which is cracked & chipped. Sink leaks & no dishwasher for a family with two teenage boys. Washer & dryer hookups are in the kitchen leaving less space.
