I am a single working Mom who was able to purchase my first home last summer. The house is older and needs TLC. The flooring is very bad (80's carpet), smells and has lumps in it. My sons rooms well the carpet is really gross, there was s stain of something left behind and we are not sure what it is, the paint is bad also. The spare office room needs serious organizing, and I just don't have the extra cash or experience to improve these as my funds are all used up from the purchase. This is our first home and we are very thankful but some extra help would be wonderful. Please consider us.
