Our kitchen is stuck in the past, The light chocolate brown cabinets, with weak springed hinged doors, that seem to creep open by themselves, The "formica" countertops with numerous knife "carvings" left by someone to lazy to get a cutting board, Inefficient lighting and outlets, making overloading the circuit easy to do, the vent over the stove only going to the attic space, instead out the roof.
