Family Room Unfinished After 12 Years

Family room basement kitchen bath.

We made a good start on half of the family room in our daylight basement with bookeshelves, a place for the TV and computer, replaced the windows and door to the backdyard, but time, skill and money left the other half of it unfinished (there's drywall but not much more). We'd like to add a small kitchen and 3/4 bath.
