2-Year Old Diagnosed with Food Allergies - Kitchen Space Needed

I make most of my son's food by scratch, due to allergies. Our kitchen is small. The appliances take up most of the counter space, with little room for food preparation. Our stove only has two burners, the refrigerator freezes food, and the faucet leaks into our beat up sink.
