We are planning to be married in 2008. My 1000sf house was "ok" when it was just me, but now with two of us crammed in here, we're full to the rim and neither of us has a space to call our own. We're sharing a very small bedroom (not much more than a king sized bed). The bathroom is a 60's relic, with laminate walls for a shower, no tub, a 14 in commode and fixtures falling off the walls. As newlyweds, we'll need more space and we have it - to expand into. We have a 16 x16 foot deck that has a footer already, just needs to be finished. We also have extra space saved from a previous laundry remodel that can be devoted to a new bathroom fit for newlyweds.
We wish for a green home, we have lots of ideas and are looking for a designer/contractor to make it all come true. Please please please choose us! We can't wait.
