some co-workers and i debated whether or not this could be a funnel cloud. Took these pictures and figure i'd just wait and see if it hit the news later. Sure enough..there was a waterspout embeded in that cloud. View is from the Everett Boeing Ramp looking west towards the Whidbey Island.
