A Parents Love

In 2007, I sat speechless as I watched the news broadcast the terrifying images of the shooting that occured at Virginia Tech. A very short time later, I felt compelled to express the emotion that was building up inside me in the best way I knew how. I immeadiatly went to work writing and recording the words and music as quickly as I could because I was afraid it would get lost in the whirlwind of emotions that was brewing in my head and heart. I only shared what I had created with a few family members at that time. Now here we are 5 years later and another horrific, and sadly similar, act has filled the news. This time I felt I wanted to share the song I had written with the victim families. Since I don't really know how to do that outside of Youtube, I thought I might also share it here on the KOMO page. I hope you can appreciate the message and feelings that I was trying to convey. My most sincere thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families!
