Fog moving over Commencement Bay and through the Port of Tacoma operations combines with clear sky and Mt. Rainier creating a dramatic sunrise for New Year's morning. The overlook at the Cliff House restuarant in NE Tacoma provided the elevation to get above the fog rolling through the Port.
