Brenden and Griffin On Top of Things

Greenwood Boys Build Affordable Housing

Seattle has one of the most tobust real estate markets in the country. Despite the slowdown in the housing market and the decline in prices of homes on the market, many still find that home prices in the Puget Sound area are still out of reach for many in society.

Greenwood neighbors Breden and Griffin didn't set out to solve all the housing issues facing our region, but they did decide to take on a project aimed at increasing the number of affordable homes in the area--they built their own. Sure there are those pesky little issues like building codes and running water, but these guys took on the challenge anyway. Okay, it's not the Street of Dreams..
