My neighbor's house smells like amonia from all their cats. It has trashed pilled in the back, where they also keep there rabbit. It has attracted rats and mice. I have talked to one of the home owner, and they refuse to do anything about it. I am looking for a resource to use to help get their house cleaned up. I have called the health department, elderly care services, the humane society and the local police department and no one will help. There is an elderly lady and her middle aged son living in the home. They apparently see no problem living with the smell of cat urine that also makes the whole neighborhood smell. They have a broken out window in the front of the house that has been that way for about a year. The house looks horrible with the window boarded up, the smell that it causes, the over grown grass, and trash pilled up. Please help

Have you tried going to community meetings? Try taking a petition from people in your neighborhood to the council.
