Orion Nebula (M42)

Good night for astrophotography

Despite some ground fog it was a good night for taking photos of many objects that were visible last night. The
great Orion Nebula (M42) was one of many. This is a single
image taken with a Nikon DSLR using a ISO setting of 1600 and
an exposure of 1 second. Sixty frames were taken and will
be stacked (combined) at a later date.
