Andromeda (M31) - 80mm

M31 & M42

These images are stacks of 4 low quality Jpegs taken
the night of Dec. 4th around 8pm and 11pm. The wide angle
composite of M31 is a stack of 4, 90-second exposures using
an ISO of 1600 using a 3 inch refractor(80mm)F5 guide scope. The other images were taken using a 150mm (6 inch) F8 refractor with a .8X focal reducer. The camera was a Nikon D3000 DSLR. Yes, it was very cold last night.
