Local Seattle woman sings with Police and blows crowd away. Though Police’s production manager claims that this has never happened before, Sting invited Jessica Ketola up on stage to share a mic at the concert last Sat night at the Gorge. After Jessica took part in a sound check party as part of Unitus, the Police tour’s charity partner, she must have impressed Sting with her vocal prowess, as he then asked her to sing Don’t Stand So Close To Me.

I was at the show and I agree- she was really very good. Not only did she sing the main melody, but at times she sang a harmony to Sting!
