On Monday July 14th Jean Green and her husband Microsoft attorney Fred Green were ordered to return their granddaughter Monica Roland to her parents home in San Diego by the Apellate Court of King County.

Jean Green informed Monica that she was to pack and prepare for her Aunt and Uncle to pick her up. Jean had repeatedly reported that Monica would run away if she was told to return to her parents.

Jean then left Monica alone to pack. When she returned, Monica was gone, along with her phone, passport and laptop.

She left behind a note.

We believe Monica is being hidden by family members and friends under false pretenses. Make no mistake, Monica is not an abused child. She just wants her own way and we believe she has been empowered to do so. She needs to be returned to her mother, Terri Mendivil who loves her and misses her very much.

If you have any information as to the whereabouts of this child please contact the Lake Forrest Park PD, or the center for missing and exploited children at 1-800-THE-LOST

in the second picture attached to the story it appears as though she either has eczema or has been hit, repeatedly. No offense to the poster, but "make no mistake, they're not abused" is not the right thing to say. A judge should hear this case.

Maybe I'm blind to what Genewitch sees, but I don't see that she has been "hit repeadedly." Her arm does look sort of blueish, but that could simply be that her circulaion is slow, or she is cold- it's not obvious bruising.

i just enlarged the photo and adjusted the contrast of her arm. It does not look like injury. It looks like the bumps and skin acne that MANY teens get at this age. My daughter has similar bumps.

Monica was running around with a "bad" crowd in San Diego. Her mother sent her to Grandma's in Lake Forrest Park. Grandma then tried to get custody of Monica. She lost. Monica ran away. She had been living with grandma since December of 2007.

From my experience teens have a tendencey to lie. Wouldn't you run to if you were her age and got caught in a huge lie, I know that when I was younger I ran when I would get into trouble. I will keep this fammily in my prayers. good luck.

"... a judge should hear this case..." A 3-judge appellate court decided unanimously that she belongs with her mother. Is that enough judges?

i work with teens that are in crisis teens may lie when rules are being enforced. there might be abuse or she could be going through rebellion. Maybe she feels unloved. the family needs help. so pray for her safety runaways do get hurt.

Excuse me but, in my experiance little girls will lie and manipulate to get what they want. GeneWitch, look a little closer at the pictures. there are acneic bumps and rosacea. And she wasnt abused at all. It was perfect clarification.

and isnt it funny that "Genewitch" (who is the the only one who isnt on trinagirls side) is similar in fact to Jean Green, who has indeed been acting a witch. hahaha.

Update: Seems grandma has hired a criminal attorney and is refusing to cooperate with police. Monica is hiding because she told a lot of lies so she could stay with the rich grandparents. Long family history of jean trying to control the family.

Point is, having a Microsoft attorney for a husband with a bit of money allows you to run your family the way you want, and if they don't agree you take em to court. this is the 4th time in 5 years Jean has done something outrageous. Check court.
