Bird nest in garage

Hope your viewers can help me, my friend called and found this nest in her garage and I am not sure what kind of bird would build this large of one. From the top to bottom might be about three to four ft and it might be about three ft wide and at the bottom on the floor was some eggs light blue. So hope you can some help us. Thanks

Starlings can get into some amazing places. They are notorious pack rats AND they do lay blue eggs. This nest is huge! They must have been at it for a good while. Must be a record. Great pic. Thanks. Hope this helps.
