My friend called and had me take this picture of nest in her garage. From the top to bottom it's about 3 to 4 ft, about 3 ft wide. On the floor we found 3 or 4 lite blue eggs broken. Hope the viewers can help her find what sort of bird build this nest.

I had a nest that looked exactly like this one. It turned out to be a rats nest. Sorry about that
IT COULD POSSIBLY BE A STARLING, THEIR EGGS RESEMBLE THOSE OF A ROBIN.
I had the same looking nest in my attic, when I went to take it down I found 3 starling chicks in there.
