I found Suzie's story on Craigslist. Her story broke my heart, and I just wanted to do something. Suzie was adopted from horrible conditions by some very loving people. Underneath all of her long, muddy fur was a beautiful horse. After Suzie found a forever home, it was found that she had a tooth erupting in the wrong place and it would require at least 3,500 dollars for the surgery. Euthenizing Suzie was considered because of the amount of pain she was in and the amount of money it was going to cost to fix the problem. Because of where the tooth is located, she has to be put under. She had her surgery yesterday, but still is in need of lots of love and support.
