we just opened a buissness and spent a alot of money trying make this a great place to come but the space dose not have air condtioning and this is an old building and the land lord woudl not put an air conditioner in so now we have to raise our rent alot each year till our lease is up I think if you lease you should make the space suitable for leaseing

To the comment above By Missy: Your comment is very rude and full of grammatical errors. I don't think you have a right to criticize, you're not perfect either. That was made evident by your poorly written comment.

Smart people don't lease a place without checking everything out. That story was written all in one sentence and a few mistakes with no, no. and no Capitals. Has to be a foreigner trying to make a quick buck. There is nothing wrong with my comment.

I agree with Anna

Once you SIGN the lease you are held responsible for anything that you FIND out later. IT seems to me you HAVE not BEEN in this country very long. It's pretty rude for you to assume the poster is an immigrant when your English isn't so hot either.

I'm American! What's your problem. Something tells me it may have been you. Maybe you got the picture off the net and tried to make it look good by making up a bogus story. You capitalized the wrong words. What idiots some people are. Read yours.

Missy is so wrong in her assumptions. I agree with Anna too.

If Anna would have read her own comment she would have seen what she wrote in her comment. John and Paul agree? Is John the JonnyBoyInc idiot? I seen all the pictures of the place and wonder what the business is really opened for. Check it out. HA!
