A sea lion who likes to sail?

While waiting on the ferry dock at Faunterloy in West Seattle, I watched this sea lion trying to board a boat moored in the bay. He tried some bigger ones and finally managed to jump aboard a zodiak. Just sat there enjoying the sun. Or maybe he was in the market for a boat?
