My Mom choked on a large chunk of wood found in Progresso Hearty Tomatoe Soup...
She was alone and had to throw herself into a wall to dislodge the wood. It was pretty painful for especially if she tried to talk.She called Progresso to let them know...but so far nothing has been done to warn others....except for a txt message my mom sent to let others know to be careful when eating this soup. Progresso said they would call her back but this was a few weeks ago now.
Beware if you buy Progresso soup.

I experienced a similar situation yesterday. There was a small chunk of wood in my Campbell's Chunky "Slow Roasted Beef with Mushrooms. It was well hidden. It didn't cause me to choke but could pose a hazard for younger children.

We had that happen in a container of Bagel Bites But I have the pictures of the bagel bites to prove it. That piece of wood would take up most of the can.

IM SORRY BUT ANYONE WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT ON THEIR SPOON. SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE TRYING TO MAKE SOME MONEY IN HARD TIMES. SCAMS LIKE THIS ARE PART OF THE REASON WE PAY TOO MUCH FOR THINGS.

I'm sorry to be calloused, but if I had a chunch of wood the size of a bic lighter floating around in my soup, there's NO WAY I'd mistake it for a chuncka tomato. Was she chugging it straight from the can in the dark?? I smell a scam.
