Stolen McCain-Palin response sign (side-1)

Stolen McCain-Palin sign

After spending my hard earned money getting and putting up a McCain-Palin support sign on our yard this morning. We come home later in the afternoon and find it missing!

Well, this is my reponse to the likely Obama-crat who stole my sign. What happened to free speech in America?

Seriously, people...The man whose sign was stolen has every right to be upset and you are out of line to MOCK him! Such pettiness does not reflect well on your message or your candidate.

Really? What if it was a Nader supporter and they decided to do the right thing and recycle it. You act like the sign cost you a whole paycheck...of course in these hard economic times created by the Republicans I guess I can understand its value.

Just keep plugging away and stand your ground. Someone took my sign so I made a big one an surrounded it with christmas lights!!!!

If this is the land of the free, why do the right want to ban marriage equality, a family's right to choose their family planning. Pro-Deregulated healthcare that works to not pay for your care. I grew up, and went liberal. But stop stealing signs!

I am an Obama supporter. But I cringe when people do this stuff on either side. Free speech is one of the corner stones of our nation. You don't have to agree with somebody's opinion, but they have the right to express it without being silenced.

That is too bad! You mean the McCain campaign can't afford to give you another sign? What? They have no one canvassing in the neighborhood who could drop one off? I guess when opponent RAISED $150M in September you have to start pinching pennies!

Somebody stole my McCain/Palin sign out of my yard last night & replaced it with an Obama sign. I have to say that it did make me laugh. I've heard the stories of the yard signs set on fire, so I can't complain.

Or maybe you stole your own sign? Or some kids vandalized your sign? Or some other McCain/Palin supporters wanted a sign of their own? Nice jump to conclusions and showing us your higher level of thinking.

Mark says ... on Friday, Oct 17 at 5:21 AM

Lets just ban all the signs, eliminate the huge waste and apparently a crime spree also.

Why is everybody so darn extreme. Do you actually think that taking a sign down will swing someones vote? I don't make my decisions base on a piece of paper with someones name on it.I check the facts and then make an informed decision.

Oh my gosh! Another former Democrat that grew up?!? I thought I was the only one. Seriously. I used to be way left and then I actually experienced the world. Now I know better and think straighter. Glad to know there are others out there like me!

Speaking as a former Democrat that grew up, I know an Obama supporter probably took the sign. For any leftist, "The ends justify the means." The right will be silenced using tactics like this or worse under an Obama thug-ocracy.

Maybe it was a recently evicted home owner that needed it to keep them warm at night.

You know what they say about pointing a finger!!!!! How many are pointing back at you????? You are point at the Obama supports saying how dare you take my sign..... well you have no idea who took it.. do you?

Tiff says ... on Monday, Oct 13 at 7:14 PM

Perhaps it was another supporter of the McCain-Palin ticket who just didn't know how to get a sign of their own. Perhaps if you add directions on how to procure one, they will bring yours back.
