Pumpkin Decorating Fundraiser

My name is Yvonne and I own and operate Andrew's Playroom in Arlington. Andrew's Playroom is an indoor play center and party place. We do so much more than just offer a place for parents to bring thier kids to play.

On October 24th and 25th we will have our first annual Pumpkin Decorating Fundraiser.

Our Pumpkin Decorating Fundraiser is going to be so much fun and a great way to show kids how awesome volunteering and helping others can be. We will have 20 small pumpkins and 3 large pumpkins available for decoration. Our goal is to raise $500.00 so that we can buy trick-or-treat items for the children too. All money raised, toys, and pumpkins will be donated to Seattle Children's Hospital. The small pumpkins will be used to decorate the wards and the big ones will be used for pool therapy.

I was in the Navy for 9 years and understand and saw first hand how great and effective volunteers are to the community. I also want to make sure that my son understands that no matter how small or big the gesture may be, everything and anything you do can and does make a difference.

I would love to invite you and your families down to help us meet our goal and decorate some pumpkins.

If you don't want to decorate but would like to donate please mail checks to:
