Salmon in Berwick creek

This is the first time we have seen salmon in the little creek behind our house in Chehalis. This little creek ws nearly over the banks during this last flood warning. As we watched it, it proceeded to go down, as it did the salmon appeared. There are many of them, sometimes 5-7 at a time in one small area. They are all at least 18" long, 15 to 20 pounds and a very dark red. This creek runs east to west from Mary McCranks property under Jackson Hwy to our property, Papajon's Mini Storage. Very interesting to watch for the past several days
