http://www.ushistory.org/betsy/flagetiq.html You are quite incorrect. The only 'heartburn' I have with the neighbors is the fact the flag is not retired in the evening or lit properly at night. There are many sizes of inclement wather flags.

Do these people flying this flag know that the flag is NEVER to be flown in inclement weather? It is a disgrace!!
