Foot of snow in Monroe and still falling

Beginning in the wee hours of the morning, snow began falling in the Monroe/Snohomish area. By sunrise there were 8 inches of feathery snowflakes on the ground. Snow kept falling lightly throughout the day totaling up to a foot in some places.

There is 18 inches and still coming down where we live in Monroe.
