As the weather today, Dec 18th, has caused bus services to be limited, I chose to walk home from the grocery store. As I passed by the local cemetary on Aurora Ave N., my eye was drawn to the images that had attached themselves to the trees. The lighting, and the contrasts between the white snow, and the blacks/grays of the trees presented the possibility that spirits were caring for the trees.
