My name is carie and i recently left a domestic violence situation. I have a chiahuahua that is the love of my life and she recently had 3 puppies. I had to leave her in texas until the puppies are old enough to fly which will be when they are 8 weeks old. The problem i am having is rasing the money to get her and the puppies home. I don't want to lose her or the babies. She is a rescue dog and i really want her home & i want her to trust that "mommie" is gonna bring her home, I don't want her to think i have abandoned her.. If anyone knows of any programs that may help bring her home that may be used as a tax write off. PLEASE HELP ME.
