My father works for the dot and he alerted me of his crew heading northbound then southbound on I-5. I was waiting for them on minnehaha overpass for a while, but it was worth it. They took up all lanes for sand/gravel laydown and keeping it tight for safety. They went all the way down to the bridge then went up to lacenter exit for coverage.
