My nine year old sister, Sarah, is loving the snow in Mount Vernon, WA. This photo was taken on Thursday, Dec 18 when Sarah was stuck at home for another snow day. When asked to describe the snow, she brightens as she says it's "sparkly and glittery"! Just as the snow covers everything it touches, so does Sarah's care-free, kind spirit.
