The ice has yet to melt from Thursday's storm, and here we are getting hit by yet another. I was pretty young when the Arctic Express hit the Seattle area back in the day, but a lot of people are comparing this set of storms to it. I managed to get a couple of snapshots of our Christmas lights in between gusts of wind and snow; I wanted to get as much photo-evidence of the event for future reference (mainly for my 10-month old, because when he's older the chances of us getting snowstorms like this aren't very high). I also snapped a few shots from our back patio, focusing on a couple of items unaffected by the wind thus far: a bird house and our frozen water fountain. Camera settings for this photo were set at ISO80-5"-3.2 . I'm lucky (and relieved) it came out as well as it did!
